We are well versed with the various forms of construction contracts and have a thorough knowledge of their contractual mechanisms.  We are extremely competent at administering the requisite contractual duties to ensure that the parties’ obligations are honoured, met and fulfilled.  We are a strong advocate of independent representation when using contracts as this provides impartiality when making payments, arranging handovers, achieving practical completion, reviewing claims, managing defects and closing out the rectification period.
