Metrum were appointed as QS on this exciting scheme in Royal Oak. The site has been allocated within the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation area, which has an established precedent for redevelopment. The site currently has a lapsed consent for a 20-storey building and following a positive pre-app for a 24-storey development, the current proposals are for a 25-storey tower (with a two-level basement) providing 328 co-living units with associated shared facilities and community space including the reprovision of a multi-faith space.
