The Client owns the existing end of terrace house, and the project involves the demolition of a 3-storey building adjacent to the terrace’s flank wall and the construction of a lateral 4-storey extension. The works involve the full internal refurbishment and re-modelling of the existing town house to provide generous contemporary floor plates resulting in a dwelling of 500m². Works commenced on site in November 2023 and are scheduled for completion in early 2025.
