Description:
The Client owns and operates a number of branded cocktail bars across the UK; this project formed part of a nationwide role out programme of new bars and involved the fit-out of an existing Victorian building to create the ultimate party haven. The works comprised a complete strip-out and refurbishment of the space with new mechanical, electrical and public health services along with a branded fit-out of the space to mirror their other venues.
